Katelyn Richardson

Hi, my name is Katelyn Richardson. I am from Nacogdoches, Texas, and I ventured to Lubbock to start my college career in 2020 at Texas Tech University. I graduated in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communication Management and a minor in Advertising. While at Texas Tech I was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta where I served as the Vice President of Recruitment. In June of 2024, I welcomed my first son Cooper and I am totally in love. I began my real estate career with Loblolly Properties in Nacogdoches where I was a real estate assistant.  Having this position meant so much to me because it was the beginning of my excitement and passion to pursue a career in real estate. Along with being a REALTOR at L3 Brokers, I am currently serving as an Office Manager and Professional Media Coordinator at L3 Brokers. Helping others achieve their goals is a passion of mine.  Working in real estate allows me to do so while making homeownership dreams come true!
