Emily Philips

Hello! My name is Emily Philips and I’m a licensed REALTOR® and Transaction Coordinator for L3Brokers. 

I am originally from Grapevine TX, a north-western suburb of Dallas. This past May, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Professional Communications at Texas Tech University. My involvement at Texas Tech spanned far and wide as I had the privilege of serving as the Chapter President of the Gamma Rho chapter of Alpha Chi Omega in 2022 and was elected the first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Texas Tech Residence Hall Association. As a REALTOR, I operate from my deep passions for service, leadership development, and community building. My ultimate desire for my clients is to assist them in finding a house that feels like home and to help facilitate easy and seamless transactions.
